Eligibility:

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Contest open to US Residents only.
3. Contest is open to members who are 13 years of age and older.
4. Must be a registered member of JukeZoo.com in order to receive credits.
5. Bands, artists, musicians, singers, or anyone who signs up under the artist section, are not eligible for this contest. (Don’t worry, we’ll have contests in the future for you.)
6. Family members of Golden Oak Media, or it’s investors, are not eligible.

Credits Earned:

1. Referred members before or after the contest dates are not valid for contest.
2. Referring member’s username must be entered in the provided area during signup in order for referring member to receive credits.
3. All referral usernames must be legitimate, separate members and not multiple accounts of the same member.

1. Winners will be announced on or after June 1, 2009 after verification of authenticity of members and username referalls have been established.
2. Prizes will be awarded to respective placements at the discretion of JukeZoo.com no later than June 30, 2009 unless further investigation of authenticity is required.
3. Prize placements are determined by each member’s number of credits at the end of the contest. A total of fifty-one (51) prizes could be awarded.
4. First place prize is $500.00 (USD). Second place prize is $250.00 (USD). Third place prize is $100.00 (USD). Fourth through tenth place prizes are $25.00 (USD). Eleventh through twenty-fifth place prizes are 1 (one) free concert per member. Twenty-sixth place through fiftieth place prizes are 1 (one) free JukeZoo T-shirt per member.*Prizes will not be awarded to members with zero credits. A minimum of 1 credit is required.*
5. A bonus prize of $250.00 will be awarded to the first individual member who gets 2500 credits. The bonus prize winner will still be eligible for contest placement prizes. In the event that no individual member attains 2500 credits, the bonus prize is null and void, and will not be awarded.
6. In the event of a tie, placement prizes will be awarded to the member who FIRST reached the highest credits for that placement. The next placement prize will be given to the member who SECONDLY reached the highest credits for that placement. For example, if two members tie for 2nd place, the first member to reach 2nd place will be awarded the 2nd place prize. The other member will receive the third place prize.

2. Any attempt to defraud, deceive, cheat, lie, fool, trick, scam, or mislead Golden Oak Media, LLC, JukeZoo.com, or any of its affiliates for the sake of obtaining referrals, gaining credits, or any other attempt to unethically “win” the contest, is considered fraudulent and illegal, and violating members will, at the discretion of Golden Oak Media, LLC, be suspended, banned, and/or deleted from the site and disqualified from the contest with or without notice, and may be subject to prosecution in the result of fines or imprisonment, or both, to the fullest extent of the governing laws of Oklahoma.
3. Golden Oak Media, LLC reserves the right to suspend the contest at any given time for purposes of suspicious fraudulent investigation.
4. In the event that the winning member, or any other competing member, is deemed fraudulent, that member will be removed from the contest and the next qualifying member will be advanced to the next available ranking position.
