What Are the Artists Doing this Valentines...

Carrie Underwood told People mag that she hates the holiday. "I'm anti-Valentine's Day," she said. "I don't believe — and this goes for anybody — your man shouldn't love you 365 days out of the year. I want Valentine's Day every day." She'll spend the day with her main man, Ace, her rat terrier.

Meanwhile, although rapper M.I.A. did not give birth on her due date — the same day as the Grammy Awards, where she performed — she still has hope for a Valentine's Day baby. "It could be a week late and come on Valentine's Day. Yeah, you never know," she told the AP.

Musician Josh Kelley: “Well, this will be the first Valentine’s Day that we can’t spend together [wife is Katherine Heigl]. She’s going to be promoting her movie oversees and I’ll be on tour. Last year I put together one of the most amazing Valentine’s Day nights and gifts, and there is no way that I’ll ever be able to outdo that, so I kind of feel like I’m off the hook this year. Hopefully she’ll forget about last year. I spent some serious time on that.”

And finally, Best New Artist Grammy-winner Adele is holding out hope that she'll have a date by the time February 14 rolls around. "Well, you know what, I don't like Valentine's Day if I'm single, but if things sort themselves out by the 14th, then ..."
